Section 45 of the Determination requires us to disclose to current and prospective clients certain matters that could significantly influence a decision to engage, or continue to engage, us to provide a tax agent service.

‍ ‍If you have a complaint about a tax agent service we have provided, please contact us in the first instance at dean@palermocbs.com.au so we can attempt to resolve it directly.

‍ ‍If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may lodge a complaint with the TPB at tpb.gov.au/complaints.

‍ ‍Where a prescribed matter arises after the date of this statement, we will notify you in writing within 30 days, or at the time of any new engagement or re-engagement, in accordance with our obligations under the Determination.
